At Lonza Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
